ULA Implementation Stakeholder Sessions Feb. 3rd & 10th

The Southern California Association of Nonprofit Housing (SCANPH) and the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) invite you to a series of community meetings regarding Measure ULA implementation. Join us to learn more about this new legislation, and to collectively brainstorm how to best implement the various programs funded by Measure ULA.

Voters passed Measure ULA last November, approving the establishment of a real estate transfer tax on property sales over $5 million within the City of Los Angeles. The funds raised through this tax will go towards a variety of programs aimed at homelessness prevention, tenant protections and affordable housing development.
